Q: If I enroll, will I get surveys from Lightspeed Research other than those sponsored by the Ad Council?
A: No. Panel members will receive only surveys from the Ad Council. Your information will not be shared by Lightspeed Research with anyone outside of the Ad Council.

Q: Privacy is important to me. How do you protect my privacy?
A: All personal information regarding our panelists, including survey responses, are kept strictly confidential. We will never give out or sell any personally identifiable information.
We will view your survey answers in an aggregate, anonymous form, which means that the shared information will not contain or be linked to any information that personally identifies you.
If at any time we needed to associate your responses with your name and/or company, you would be asked for your permission for us to do so.

Q: Will my information be shared with entities outside of the Ad Council by Lightspeed Research for marketing purposes?
A: Absolutely not. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared other than with the Ad Council.

Q: If I join the panel, do I have to participate in all the surveys?
A: You can participate in as many or as few surveys as you wish.

Q: How many surveys or emails will I receive?
A: You will receive approximately 1-2 short online surveys per quarter.

Q: What if I want to have my name removed from the Panel?
A: Email Lightspeed Research at helpdesk@AdCouncilMediaPanel.org.

Q: How can others in my firm sign up?
A: If you are not one of the primary decision makers regarding public service advertising at your organization, simply send to your colleague the following web address: http://www.adcouncilmediapanel.org

Q: How will my responses be used?
A: Your responses will be used for research purposes only, to help advise the Ad Council and improve its services and support to your organization.
